What is it going to cost you?
The bottom line is, we can’t even guesstimate until we know what you want (or perhaps what you need).
A builder couldn’t give you a quote on a new house until he had some plans to work from. In a similar way, we need to discuss your needs and find out exactly what you require and what you expect. If you’re an experienced buyer of design services then send us a brief and we’ll respond. If not, please give us a call and we’ll guide you through the process.
We don’t charge for an initial consultation, so there’s nothing to lose by getting in touch.
We will provide you with a written proposal.
To make sure that we are on the same page before starting production, we will prepare and deliver a document detailing the components, the construction process and the cost. But, of course, no project ever runs completely to plan, so we can be as flexible as we need to be to get the work done within your budget.
You will have a reference to help visualize the navigation process for visitors to your new website. If something doesn’t feel right, this is the best time to change it.
What about hidden extras?
There are usually some extras which fall outside of the brief but we never hide them. We want our pricing to be as transparent as possible. We’re happy to tell you all of the costs for services that we have to buy in (hosting, domain names, etc.) before we start the job, but it’s important to us that they are
itemized separately so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How can you stretch your budget?
Everyone wants value for money. By working in partnership with us and planning as much as you can before the design process begins, you can save time and money.
It’s important that the finished website meets (or beats) your expectations!
We will grow and prosper as long as our websites ‘work as advertised’. Satisfied customers and clients spread the word and that gives us all the motivation we need.
