There’s more to web development than Photoshop and HTML. The process involves knowing how to make choices based on varied external influences, such as subjective opinions and inconsistent browser technology. The phrase, “web design”, is a short way of saying “design, programming, technology awareness, and information architecture, not to mention expertise in web software applications and human relations”.
